flat on the top floor of a converted Victorian house, with superb views over
Swanage Bay, the Downs, Old Harry Rocks and the Isle of Wight. Only a few minutes walk from the centre of town, shops and a beautiful, clean sandy beach! Sleeps four Wooden floors throughout, clean and bright! Awarded 3 stars by Quality in Tourism 2011

The flat has two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one with twin beds, a lounge-diner with panoramic views over Swanage Bay, a bathroom with bath and shower over, and a well equipped kitchen with electric hob, fan oven, microwave, fridge and washer-dryer.

Flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD and video players with selection of films, radio, CD player, books and games. Travel cot and highchair available.
Reserved parking space. Bed linen and towels provided (or you can bring your own and save £20 on weekly rental cost) Sorry, no smoking or pets.
